Who authorized Bush to reform the world??? Aggression on Iraq is only in the interest of Israel.

Patriarch Hazim asserted: All the American justifications for aggression on Iraq did not convince any body, and the intervention the internal maters of independent foreign countries is refuted. He confirmed that: Aggression on Iraq is only in the interest of Israel.

The patriarch questioned the US claim that it carries the flag of justice and said: Since when the United States or any other country interferes in the internal affairs of foreign country under the flag of justice? and who believes that the United States is afraid of being attacked by Iraq? Who believe those words?

He added: The stance of the Orthodox Church, like all other churches is clear. What is taking place in Iraq and Palestine affects us all. He added: All Catholic, Protestant, and most Orthodox churches among which that of Antioch, Assyrians and that of the orthodox churches of Jerusalem, Alexandria and in all other places in the world declared in one unified voice that we are against aggression on Iraq. Any act that results in killing human beings is bad, and nothing justifies that a human being may kill another.

The Patriarch questioned the American President's declaration that he wants to save and liberate the Iraqis he said: Who authorized Bush to reform the world? He confirmed that: The Arab Iraqi people are rational, great in political reasoning, they have highly qualified scientists and they know where their interests are. He rejected any imposed peace that come from any foreign power. He insisted that: Countries should respect each other.
